Beet Burgers
Plant-based beet burgers from Go Vegan For 30 Days.

01Preheat the oven to 375. 2. Blend the buckwheat groats to make a flour. 3. Grate onions and potatoes. 4. Peel and chop the beet. Puree the raw beet in a high speed blender or food processor. 5. Add the buckwheat flour, onions, potatoes, beet puree, seasonings, and enough water for the consistency of a patty. Form into patties and place on parchment paper on a baking sheet. 6. Bake for 20 minutes. Alternatively, you can cook on the stove in a skillet with a little oil. 7. Serve!
